The price from the gardener is justified - can something be omitted?

I would do it alone! Afterwards, you don’t see the 2 cm crookedly laid stone and are proud to have helped build it yourself!

50k! Unimaginable for me

if you do it yourself, it won’t be crooked, on the contrary, you put in much more effort. However, it will most likely take longer. Just last week we laid our roll lawn after we had spent ages clearing the area of weeds and stones, digging it up, and loosening it with compost soil. You don’t have to do everything at once and as quickly as possible, but you can save a lot of money and be proud of what you have accomplished yourself.

Best regards Sabine

Unimaginable for you is apparently not only the amount but also the project scale. Processing 100 tons of stones with an individual weight of up to 2 tons ourselves was simply too much and too time-consuming for us. Besides, we lacked the confidence to properly and durably model and professionally support the gradient and drainage of the steep driveway. Respect to those who do it themselves. So we only had the first step done – nothing more. There is easily enough space on the property to install another 100 tons of stone sensibly, plant a lot, and design. We really enjoy working in the garden and terrain.

Slope stabilization with stones weighing up to 2 tons and drainage done in-house? Then you can also build your own house. This is not comparable to 100sqm of paving work for the yard, path, and terrace.

Right, for one you need a landscape gardener. And for the other an Oleg, emergency help, or a DHL courier. :P
