The price from the gardener is justified - can something be omitted?

Dear forum members,

next year we plan to expand our garden:
Plot 600 m², house footprint 100 m² (currently being completed), shed 24 m² is already there.
Paving for the parking space ~50 m², plus a path to the house ~10 m².
Terrace Bangkirai ~30 m² (maximum).
Rainwater infiltration via drainage (1.60 m deep concrete rings).
Additionally, terrain leveling (partly 10-20 cm height increase required).
The gardener also wants to remove and transport 15 cm of soil everywhere, excavation for the parking space and terrace a bit deeper.
Due to the 15 cm excavation and terrain increase, quite a few m³ of new soil will certainly be needed.
Then turf will be laid on top.

The total price for everything including materials amounts to €48,000 gross, although only 250 m² garden area is calculated and the filling was also estimated very minimally.
So it could easily become more expensive.

Transport and disposal make up a very large item, building the terrace also costs €10,000 (seems a bit much to me).

Now my question: is the price justified? I would have expected significantly less. I estimate material price/transport/disposal at around €15,000 (maybe €20,000) net, which would leave quite a large labor cost of about €15,000-20,000 net.
I find that quite a lot for 2 weeks of work.
Unfortunately, the offer does not separately list material prices/labor rates.

Maybe one can also save in some areas, e.g., do you really have to remove the 15 cm everywhere if some areas will be built up again anyway?
Have you paid this much?
Looking forward to opinions and experiences.

If needed, I can gladly post the offer.

Well, 15-20 for how many people? It's already all tight, I might possibly go alone

Get a counteroffer. I just fear it won’t be much cheaper.

On the one hand, it’s already coming together:
Excavators, disposal, delivery, trucks, materials, and there is a wide range of options.
Labor costs have risen massively in the last 2-3 years in the skilled trades, main construction, and ancillary trades.
And landscaping an outdoor area is time-consuming.

On the other hand, there will be enough work anyway. An acquaintance turned down 10 new garden installations just for this year.

Do it yourself and use the money to buy a used Porsche Boxter for the wife, a used pickup truck for me, a 1.8t tipper trailer and the materials...

Then the question is whether most of it cannot be done without an invoice if the landscaper cooperates.
