That can only be answered if you know where the house and the garage will be located. Where is north? Is the wall above existing from the neighbor? Dimensions of the building envelope are also helpful.

And we're talking here about 2m L-shaped stones all along the full length. That's too much for a little embankment.
Does the development plan even allow that?
Oh, good soil means Z0, with Z 1.1 it can be twice as expensive, and so on.

Just tell me how much money it would be worth to you to have a straight plot, so that your pain threshold is known to judge whether it makes sense to continue writing.

That is definitely the better idea. On the setback areas, a gentle slope is probably sufficient. Answers to questions are helpful. What does the development plan say about the floor height? Where is the garage allowed to be? Is a basement planned?

The costs also depend on the type of soil and the execution, e.g. the type of slope or hillside retaining and of course the parameters described by . Building against the terrain is considerably more expensive than building with it and rarely more attractive. Leveling costs about as much as taking 10 years of summer vacations ;). Of course, one knows neither the effort of summer vacations nor the effort of leveling.

That is now the question what we are building. Actually, it was planned to build with a foundation slab and everything on one level. I think if leveling costs 20000€ that would be okay, I want to use the plot after all.

If you set the FFH on the ground floor to 208.65, you have solved it with very little effort.

How much traffic is on the adjacent streets?
