The plot of land needs to be leveled - how expensive will it be?

Garage is okay, you are even allowed to build on the boundary here. I want to find out what the best and most affordable option is. The house is 19*13m and the garage extends 2.5m out.

I have oriented the house as it should be. North at the top, ridge direction as specified.

Your planner seems to read the development plan a bit loosely. Is that really an architect? Or rather a planner from the general contractor?

And now the height difference is only about 1 m.

And what does the architect say about the costs? I really can't believe it: here, laypeople and builders are supposed to determine your costs, even though it depends regionally on the earthworks contractor. o_O And the floor area ratio changes like the tides ;)

Better is still the house 20m*12.5m

But I would still always build smaller 15m*9.5m and instead an expanded roof. Then not the garage in the house. But use the 3 m saved to move the house away from the boundary.

Those who want and can afford the bungalow then just do it like that.

A house 19 x 13 m is definitely not the most affordable solution, that sounds more like a pretty flashy one. Here: you can read how , despite having five children, doesn't go so pompous - how many people "need" space here?
