That means you probably have better sound insulation with the concrete wall than if 36 cm Ytong were used.
I think so, the concrete wall has a lot of "mass" involved = good sound insulation.
Which fire protection class (30, 60, 90, 120...) applies to (your) fire protection wall in the row house?
We built in BW, so according to the General Implementation Regulation of the Ministry of Economic Affairs for the State Building Code (LBOAVO) -> §7:

(1) Fire walls are required
1.
as building end walls, if these end walls are built with a distance of less than 2.50 m to the neighboring boundary or with a distance of less than 5 m to existing or building-law permitted buildings on the same property, unless a distance of at least 5 m to existing or future buildings permitted by building regulations is ensured,
"
Which fire protection class to choose here -> no idea :rolleyes: The construction contract and building application only say "fire protection wall".
