However, if I interpret your posts correctly, the additional costs essentially arise from mandatory adjustments due to the development plan and more extensive civil engineering work. Objectively viewed, these costs are independent of the company. Even if you change companies, these costs will be just as high. So if the budget becomes too tight, the only solution is to save money on the house, whether with this company or another. And without a hefty penalty, you will not get out of the contract.
