I think it also depends on how important it is to the customer. Some people just want to live in a solid home and don't have sophisticated ideas about how exactly the interior should look. Others, on the other hand, spend days on Pinterest, picking out every detail of how things should look – for them, this kind of sampling probably wouldn't be suitable. I personally see myself somewhere in between. Our general contractor was also a medium-sized company, but they had a showroom. That already helped us to have a manageable selection, but still be able to imagine everything and actually touch it.

You, if you were and are satisfied, then everything is fine. I just wanted to point out that this is not for everyone. And especially making fun of others (okay, exaggerated with you, understood) has always really bothered me whenever I dealt with salespeople or craftsmen. Customer friendliness is something different. And sure, thoughts are free, but whenever you put someone down, no matter how, it does not exactly show the greatness of your own character.

That’s true. What especially offended me was the I believe if someone had said that to me who wants money from me, I would have just walked away. The people in their fifties called; they want their worldview back.

Measuring this consideration by the surcharge (and not by the total price of the more upscale option) distorts the picture in my opinion. Furthermore, it is also necessary that at each stage of value creation some remuneration remains for those involved. It is not even clear to many first-time building owners how decisively one can stand in one's own way with the belief "you only build once" (and the resulting consequence of perfectionism). I gratefully read that as very valuable information when a participant in the construction reveals what attitude he has towards which sample options. What he smirks at, I underline and write down for my expert on the checklist. In my opinion, you have misunderstood that: in the role model of the 1950s the woman cleaned the house because cleaning was a woman's job; at the Waterkant the woman cleans on land because the man cleans the ship.

It is still annoying that as a woman you are almost always first pushed into the "cleaning and decorating" corner. Our craftsmen usually understood very quickly that I was the one wearing the construction helmet, but with every new craftsman the game started all over again. I know it from work, but it still annoys me every time. The highlight was when one of the bricklayers needed tools because his had given up the ghost, and I gave him my Hilti and he seriously asked me if my husband was okay with me handing out the tools.

Spontaneously the one without a homepage, without sampling, with a good reputation and a lot of sympathy.

Without a sampling center works really well and with far fewer restrictions. Our [GU] also has none.
