As Reinhard Fendrich already pointed out: "Macho Macho you can't learn, Macho Macho you have to be" :)

No one ever thought my mom (150cm, 45kg) was the more skilled one of my parents when it came to handiwork. But my father really has two left hands. My wife and I both had crafts and work studies classes, but didn't learn anything practical. However, we like to dive into every new topic as best as we can. Recently, I laid five tiles, which went fairly well. But I still wouldn't have wanted to do the whole ground floor (which was, at times, under discussion). I do do more myself, but only because my wife can't do everything health-wise. Otherwise, she would probably be the more active one.

with your history I would like to know the additional cost for the option approach path FFM from the GU, and if the price is reasonable, I would also order it right away

In conclusion. In 2017 I posted this because I liked so much that no attempt was made to squeeze thousands out of us. Previously, in 2016, before we decided on this construction company, we had an appointment at a sample center in Schleswig Schuby with a fairly large one. The house price was set, it was good, we wanted to finalize it now, both of us went there, the salesperson expected us, we walked through a hall that offered everything good and expensive, like a hardware store. He always told us what was standard in the price and what costs extra and regularly recommended more expensive things. The house price, formally cheap, climbed and climbed, we became silent and left politely without signing. In the car, we both said to each other that we felt taken advantage of. The provider was thus out.
With Specht Fehmarn then the contrast. Practically never were we encouraged to go for high-priced options, practically never was the standard badmouthed. Always the pragmatism: what do we really need, what is nice to have, what is nonsense, glazed tiles for example in an area without trees. Or the really stupid keys for window handles, which are actually always missing anyway, we had something like that earlier in our first row house.
That is also worth a lot, when you know you are dealing with honest people and not horse trading.
Kati now has to know what is important to her and whether she prefers to be courted or simply served properly.

I would have liked to have had work studies longer, but Latin is not entirely useless either ;-)

I think she is closer to HHN than to FRA ...

Did you already know all those requested from your service?

I also still have Latinum, but I would have to lie now about what has brought me more in life.
