Take money for free planning?

The floor plan is currently designed very symmetrically. That’s why I’m not a big fan of moving individual walls, as that would ruin the symmetry on both floors, which I really like.

Oh nonsense, you hardly experience the symmetry of the overall floor plan in any room. The advantage of symmetrical floor plans – if they actually work – is that the extra surfaces inserted for symmetry also offer good potential for painless deletions ;-)
