Yes, Basalte Eve with iPad. Behind it sits a small UP-USB power supply. It is an older picture, but it still looks the same today or with the current versions of the Eve mounts.

The topic is still pending with us, we are just at the foundation slab and so on, but I have already made some thoughts, especially for the door intercom system with camera etc. As an idea from my side, mounts from the 3D printer. There are even nice templates for many tablets on Thingiverse, so I will try something for the unused iPad...

I designed and printed the tablet holder myself. The part on the wall is held inside the flush-mounted box by two screws. The counterpart on the tablet is only attached with double-sided adhesive tape. The tablet is then simply slid on from the side. It's basically tongue and groove.

The crescent was actually intended for wireless charging, but the transmission power is unfortunately not sufficient for always on at full brightness.

I took a ALLNET Touch Display Tablet 10 inch (new version with PoE, 299€) and removed the back panel, now mounted on a custom-made powder-coated aluminum plate and running with the iobroker app (see picture). Unfortunately, the 2017 version had Android 5.1.1 and the memory was too small, now I have ordered a new one (arrives Wednesday) with Android 11 and hope the memory is better accessible.
