I don't dare to do that. The possibility to build an extension is crucial for our purchase decision. Later, something might come up that prevents the construction after all, and then we will have invested 3k in a plot that cannot be used. It seems nothing helps. Does anyone have experience with the costs for a "preliminary planning" (statement of the caseworker at the building authority)?Then just skip a preliminary inquiry and simply submit a building application directly.
