Um...I actually meant the outside temperature...so what do you consider a strong temperature increase outside and for how long, since you say exactly that would bother you...because then the underfloor heating overheats your apartment.

For the price of a heat pump, you can get three gas boilers; whether you pay for gas or electricity is irrelevant, both will become more expensive in the future.

There isn't really anything more to say about that...

Oh, I hadn’t noted the outside temperature difference. Sorry.

I gather, Mycraft, you would take gas.

The outside temperature is the control variable in an outside temperature-controlled heating system...

So you can't really know where the rise in temperatures in your current place is coming from, maybe everything is just running according to a fixed pattern.

In a house, it should actually be different... there you can actively intervene in the heating system and not just passively adjust the ERR...

And yes, I would use gas or have used it...

With similar operating costs over a longer period but with significantly less investment, what else is there to consider?

Can I do that here too? Our rental apartment in this two-family house has its own Nibe F750 heat pump. However, the installer said we should not mess around with it.

So you can't do it...

Super plumber. It always works like this with every heating system: the plumber sets it so that it definitely gets warm. Your job in winter is then to find and set the correct heating curve. This is essential for economical and comfortable operation.
