One more thing: high electricity costs for an air conditioner can be offset with photovoltaics. But of course, that's pure luxury.

In new buildings, even a bigger fart is enough to raise the room temperature. In the living room, we reach 23°C without the floor getting warm. We already have to put rugs under tables and so on because otherwise you get cold feet. I thought that was what underfloor heating was for.

We have gas and would do it again.

What alternatives are there to air conditioning units per room? Is there nothing that can run through the [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung]?

Apropos..... back to the initial topic. Is gas + [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung] actually a sensible combination? Or is the [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung] rather only recommended with heat pumps?

Why shouldn't it be a sensible combination? Not more sensible/less sensible than a heat pump with [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung]. One is ventilation and the other is heating.

It is to be considered independently. Gas usually has a low initial investment. Heat pumps are mostly more expensive because everyone involved profits. I personally cannot say anything about controlled residential ventilation. Researching online, those against it are often the ones who don't have it, and those who have it hold the opinion that it is absolutely necessary. It is energy-saving, but it often pays off late. However, there is always fresh air and no more ventilation obligation. You should plan for about €10,000 for it. If I were to build anew and had the money for it, I would install one.

It's also easy to say "without is crap," everyone has probably lived without at some point and thus knows the advantages. Someone who has never had it doesn't know what it's like with it.
