A heat exchanger in the heating circuit distributor in the upstairs rarely seen lately.

Screed by the builder?

20 degrees in the study is also too little, if you sit at the PC you will be cold.

I’ve already thought about that, but:

I don’t want to cause more damage than benefit with blind (especially clueless) activism.
That’s why I’m asking what would still be reasonable now.

Pretty short. They’re arriving next Monday.

Could be, if it’s standard.

To be honest, I’ve never read anything except “DIN.”

Yes, with unheated basement, floor slab insulated.
KFW55, 148 sqm living space.

Overflow valve? Is that bad?
I’m going to close it anyway.

That surprised me too ;)
Probably just means it comes from a different company. The underfloor heating installers also offer screed.

I don't see much possibility to change a lot given the short period of time available. Does the subcontractor install the complete underfloor heating with HKV and supply lines, or only the heating loops up to the HKV?

The manifold is already there and was connected today, if I saw that correctly. So, underfloor heating under the bathtub – worth trying, counterproductive, or doesn't make much difference anymore?

One could try to adjust the circuits in rooms 1 and 2. So the living room circuit to about 85 meters and then combine AZ and a part of the living room to about 85 meters. This would make the circuit lengths more even. If possible, I would have it placed under the tub.

Summary:

Maximum installation distance of 10 cm will fail due to the time factor until execution. But asking costs nothing, maybe it could still be done with a few days of delay and corresponding additional costs.

Connection line of the heating circuit distributors at least in 28 mm Cu pipe and no 20 or 25 mm PE or aluminum composite pipe nonsense, but it is already installed, so nothing will happen there anymore.

If the supply lines of the heating circuits are often laid through the hallway, and the hallway has its own circuit, have the supply lines of the other rooms insulated. Otherwise, you can turn down the thermostat of the hallway circuit as much as you want, but the room will still be heated by the uninsulated supply lines of the other heating circuits. // Just saw that the hallway is heated by the supply lines of the other rooms, so the insulation topic is also off the table...
