OK, I had overlooked the thing with the clinker / aerated concrete double-shell (thought aerated concrete single-shell). That is, if done correctly, not bad. Because with soundproofing you can build the interior walls in aerated concrete with calcium silicate bricks, and on the outside you still have the facing brickwork. And you don't often hang wall cabinets on the exterior wall either. Is it just aerated concrete, or aerated concrete plus mineral wool? And was there a reason why there are only 16cm of mineral wool on the calcium silicate brick? I thought there are now anchors with which you can go beyond the magic 16cm shell distance...
