Yes, for me the underfloor heating as a buffer storage is also the most appealing/most sensible.
We are completely free in the choice of the heating engineer.
If we decide on gas condensing technology, according to the contract the developer is obliged to install it in the house, so no additional costs would be incurred by us. Instead, it would "only" be the aforementioned costs for the heating system + chimney. The price also included a 45l water storage tank (this was called a layer storage tank). Among other things, I also want to move away from the air-water heat pump because the outdoor unit bothers us a lot. The developer wants to install it in the entrance area and the cold air then always blows nicely past your legs. For me, a complete planning failure. Besides, I am still somewhat skeptical about the noise level. I also view critically that in the Monobloc the technology is completely housed in the outdoor unit.
Therefore, the consideration is towards a brine-water heat pump or gas condensing technology.
By the way, I once calculated the heating load using an online calculator (heating load estimation based on the Energy Saving Ordinance calculation):
Transmission load: 3534 W
+ Ventilation load: 1637 W
+ Domestic hot water load: 400 W
= Total heating load: 5572 W
