So many questions about the new IKEA kitchen!

Hello everyone :) I am pretty new here and happy to have finally found a forum that seems to be just for Ikea.

So here are our plans: We want to buy an Ikea kitchen (Bodbyn ivory white, METOD carcass)

Here are my questions: I don’t want the Ikea electrical appliances but want to order and have them delivered, for example, from OTTO. How does it work with the measurements? Sometimes there is a 0.4 mm difference and so on. Can I replace everything with other appliances?

The microwave and oven?
The ceramic hob?
Which front fits the dishwasher or do the measurements match?
I know many will shake their heads that the sink is located right next to the hob but that’s how I know it and I don’t want to reduce the huge workspace on the long L side even more.

Which companies do you recommend for such a kitchen?
