We had already chosen the house. The dimensions of the house are 9.5m x 9.5m. It is a prefabricated house, single-family house, 1.5 stories with a gable roof, knee wall 1.50m, roof pitch 30°, KfW55, solar with gas condensing boiler and stratified storage tank, as well as ventilation with heat recovery.

Unfortunately, I do not have the exact measurements at hand. The plot is 22m x 34m in size. We already have an architect, I will ask him about it.

Basically, I still think it would be possible to place the house with BP in the corner and distribute the excess soil on the plot.
