The views, with so many different roofs/gables, are really not my thing and I don’t understand why anyone would want to put the bathroom window in that facade position. The exterior appearance just screams for a centered window. I do realize, of course, that then the bathroom wouldn’t work as previously planned.
But when I look at the overall package and also consider that despite an oversized plot, the living rooms are rather oriented to the north... no, it’s all not for me and I would start all over again, with the first goal of better using the south side for the living spaces and not for guest and WC, and redistributing the much, much space better among its functions (for example, the cloakroom would be too small and cramped for me, the dressing room too convoluted, the usefulness of the dressing room as a passage room questionable, the bed with a door at head height too uncomfortable...)
I am in the bathroom more often than I look at it from the outside, so I have different priorities than exterior symmetry. By the way, the positioning of the bathroom on the north side also has to do with the fact that the nearest houses are very far away there and you don’t have to worry every day about darkening all the windows before turning on the light in the Adam’s costume at night.
I agree with using the southwestern side more for living spaces and want to revise the plan accordingly. However, the southeast side faces directly onto the street, and I do not want to place my main living area there. For me, living spaces belong rather connected to the garden with a view of one’s own greenery instead of someone else’s grayness.
I also want to try to implement your other suggestions in the next planning phase. A big thank you in advance to you and all other constructive critics.
