Your house costs 260 + 30 ancillary construction costs + 150 land, so 440 thousand euros. Your three loans plus equity amount to 430 thousand euros, that doesn’t quite add up, does it? In addition to the estimated 260,000 euros for the house, there are still the costs for floor coverings and painting, plus I don’t see a single euro for the sample costs. The outdoor facilities do not develop gradually either if there’s nothing left every month for them. Just a garden shed, garden tools, paving around the house already cost several thousand euros, you can’t save that up from a few leftover euros every month. I would think about this carefully beforehand, even if you do everything yourself, it still costs quite a bit of money.

Hello, at first I also had to swallow because of the income. But you have saved a healthy equity. You also have more leverage to earn since you are currently part-time. Pension insurance is a tricky thing. Does it make sense for you? Maybe ... does it make sense for children? Well ... that will probably be used again for buying a car when they reach adulthood. Better to shift to Riester and claim the child allowance. Please also pay attention to the [Bau Kindergeld] that is coming. Follow-up financing depends on the risk appetite. If you make a lot of special repayments, I would also skip the home savings contract....

Congratulations! Unfortunately, there is nothing like that here in MeckPomm. Here, the banks are moving towards setting the value of the property at almost half of the actual construction value. As a result, it becomes difficult to get a 2% interest rate even with a substantial amount of equity.

The own contributions are also included there. That’s somehow calculated/demanded by Labo.
The costs for floor coverings are included in the house construction, we could then choose some for 30€/sqm.

Basically everything is already specified, maybe another 150€ for a different sink will come.


I don’t have anything exact at hand right now...
Gable roof with double dormer for the two children’s rooms, underfloor heating, burglar-proof windows and heating either heat pump or gas with controlled residential ventilation.


Exactly, that for the children should be intended for something like driving license/car.
But I think I should rather leave out my 70€ to have a bit more for the house, right?

also think of the electrician, satellite dish and all the extra sockets, they don’t come cheap either.
