Apart from the ethical question of fraudulently obtaining subsidies, it doesn't even make sense! It's like breaking into a house and stealing only expired milk from 2017. Why would anyone want to do that?
Additional costs for KfW 40 compared to KfW 55 correspond roughly to the interest advantage for the 297/298 (depending on the construction type this can vary slightly, but the difference usually remains minimal).
The requirements for a second residential unit are also expensive and will eat up the interest advantage.
And the 300, which actually offers good conditions (but also has many more requirements), would also be blocked by this construction. (If it would even be possible at all.)
