We also insulated the roof with 24cm, I think it’s called PIR, I just wanted to advise you to include an intermediate layer of wood fiber and to take a closer look at the topic of sound insulation, because with the intermediate layer the sometimes occurring cracking of the PIR insulation due to rising heat can apparently be prevented. But it is different in your case.
