Attention! Only what is caused by the second residential unit can be funded.

So anyone who thinks they can get 100,000 EUR through tax-subsidized loans for a 30 sqm granny flat is on the wrong track.

Apart from that: The floor plan does not show a self-contained residential unit.

By the way, a second residential unit also comes with additional necessary parking spaces.

Not only that! If it is designated as a separate apartment, the heating concept must fit; with us, a second controlled residential ventilation system had to be installed.

We built the separate apartment for 3-4 reasons.

The hillside location suggested itself, mother-in-law, and the desire to have a basement one way or another, but not 80m2, rather 30m2.

As your child, I would like the floor plan. If I were the builder, my areas would be too small for my investment.

I would clarify for myself where I want how much space and what is important to me, and then head to the professional planner.
