I don't think the basic idea (Schlafräume im UG und die Raumanordnungen) is bad. I don't like the entrance area with the railing. The bedroom definitely also needs better closet space. The width of the living area of 6.70, which is further divided -> living 3.3... that will be very tight for a sofa with a lamp area.

What I also noticed:
- Why no windows on the east side in the basement? Because of the street access?
- Bedroom: maybe put the bed on the other side, then you have a complete wall of wardrobes. Or move the window far enough so you can at least fit a 55 cm wide wardrobe next to the window.
- Where is your technical equipment? In the utility room? Is that enough? (6 sqm)
- Why no window in the storage room? Real light is always better than artificial light, right? Is that because of the storage space?
- The dining table seems very small to me. The window is only 0.8 and the table looks even smaller?!?
- Flat roof on the garage -> You need to be aware that it costs 3 times as much as a normal garage roof... (We also have one and use it as our terrace)

Make sure the planner paints the contour lines of the house (Where is the floor of the basement, where is the floor of the ground floor) on your plot so you know how much soil actually has to be moved and how deep or high the house will end up. Usually, there is a fixed reference point, e.g. with the street level, to which the house is aligned.

Thank you both for the suggestions! Especially for the tip about the contour lines, we will tackle that next. The property needs to be mowed anyway. Then you can probably imagine the whole thing better.

I have also already thought about making the house a bit wider (-> more space in the living/dining room, utility room). We left out the windows on the east side (basement) because of the street and because it would also reduce usable space (in the kids' room) or make the views unattractive. I think artificial lighting is sufficient in the storage room. However, the hallway on the ground floor might still need some daylight.

Regarding the entrance through the garage and the railing situation, I’m not quite sure what to make of it yet...

But I’m glad that it basically works; with a bit of fine-tuning, it really could turn out well.
