Depending on the knee wall height, the upper floor is in the "danger" of becoming a full storey. But if you meant a straight-walled storey in this case: no, it has a gable roof, but the drawing program can probably only depict/suggest the slope as an overhang.

I would make the hallway on the ground floor a bit wider – the office and kitchen can accommodate that. Make the breakfast bar in the kitchen twice as big, at least as a work surface... whether you actually sit there is another story. Overall, the kitchen is somewhat too unergonomic in its dimensions: a bit smaller saves a lot of steps between preparation, storage, and cleaning ;)

Upstairs, it will be tight with a door in the bathroom. You could make the bedroom a bit smaller and have access from the dressing room.

I agree with Yvonne. The hallway is too narrow to feel comfortable. A coat cupboard should also be placed somewhere. The kitchen and office can give up square meters. I find the bathroom layout terrible. These T-solutions are such a "hype" that will hopefully be out again soon. It makes the room smaller without any real added value - but that's just my opinion.

The sink in the downstairs toilet right in the corner is weird. You would bump your elbows there. I would have placed the utility room with the washing machine at the front and the connections + heating in the current technical room at the back. You do laundry much more often than you read the meter. At least most people. ;)
