Hi, while looking at the pictures, a few thoughts came to me. Why did you position the house so far back and create such a long driveway? That’s also not a small cost factor, and as ypg already mentioned, if the connections come from the street, they have to be laid all the way to the back (costs + non-buildable). Also, the garden would certainly be more usable and more protected from view if it were behind the house. Or is it because another house will be built in front of yours? I find the hallway unattractive. On the one hand, it gets really dark and you even have to turn on the light in summer to see anything, on the other hand, there’s no space for a wardrobe, shoe cabinet, etc. It seems to have grown somehow around the rooms? Your living room is on the north side. If you want to add a conservatory or terrace there, it might be worth considering placing it on the south side instead. I might consider whether the kitchen in the north would make more sense and you would have the living room overlooking the garden and getting sun. I like the room layout upstairs. Large rooms, no walk-in closet, and a big bathroom. However, really check the roof slopes as mentioned here. Regards Michael
