Hi, while looking at the pictures, a few thoughts came to me. Why did you position the house so far back and create such a long driveway? That’s also not a small cost factor, and as ypg already mentioned, if the connections come from the street, they have to be laid all the way to the back (costs + non-buildable). Also, the garden would certainly be more usable and more protected from view if it were behind the house. Or is it because another house will be built in front of yours? I find the hallway unattractive. On the one hand, it gets really dark and you even have to turn on the light in summer to see anything, on the other hand, there’s no space for a wardrobe, shoe cabinet, etc. It seems to have grown somehow around the rooms? Your living room is on the north side. If you want to add a conservatory or terrace there, it might be worth considering placing it on the south side instead. I might consider whether the kitchen in the north would make more sense and you would have the living room overlooking the garden and getting sun. I like the room layout upstairs. Large rooms, no walk-in closet, and a big bathroom. However, really check the roof slopes as mentioned here. Regards Michael

.. the living room is very well located ... northwest. In the evening, when you have time, the west sun still comes in there. For that, cooking/dining is southwest to northwest with direct terrace access, great in summer if you want to spend a lot of time outside. Conservatory ... I always wonder ... why and what for? ;)

.. are children actually planned? So how are the rooms on the upper floor planned?

Regarding the bathroom on the upper floor and the stairs, I’ll agree with and his assumptions.

Why is the technology in the "wormtail room"?
What about bicycles, garden furniture, lawnmower, etc.?

Hello,
nice design – unlike many other first attempts, I think. :)
Problem: Your chocolate page is also the entrance page. That ruins your panorama. If possible, I would place the entrance to the east, the office next to the kitchen and the technology, the WC to the north. Since the parking space is planned near the entrance, the small detour is acceptable.

I made a sketch BUT I no longer have the rights to upload it.
ADMIN??? :(

Ah, it worked afterwards.

hm, the entrance in the east will not exactly invite upcoming visitors to use it, but rather they will knock on the kitchen window and request entry through the dining room. I know, I've had that before! It wasn't nice when suddenly such a figure stands on the terrace :(

.. those would also be my concerns, although the different room layout definitely does the floor plan some good ;).

Oh really? That's funny. :D
But it can be intercepted relatively easily by the exterior design. Parking close to the door, path layout with a hedge, and a flower bed under the kitchen window – then people prefer to use the doorbell.
