The reason is quite simple: I definitely will not publicly badmouth construction companies to get myself and possibly also the forum moderators into trouble, especially when it involves details and names of employees (as in this case).
But as a moderator, you can probably read the PMs anyway, so you probably know what we have been discussing.

The OP wrote that the company has existed for 30 years and carries out about 150 constructions annually: in the threads where he wrote that, you also participated, by the way.
If you, like me, know "a bit" about Oldenburg, you know at once that, based on this data, only one company is actually possible. And as was clarified via PM (the OP sent me a PM immediately with the name), I was right with my guess. :)

Swapping the utility room with the guest WC would really be an alternative. But I've always wished for the urinal ;-)

Yes, the upstairs is a bit of an issue. We also constantly wonder whether the size of the children's rooms is sufficient. I actually have no worries about the bedroom size. We already live together now and the space with the big wardrobe and dresser is sufficient.
The study is only supposed to be for a desk and a cabinet so that papers don’t lie around everywhere. The size upstairs could in general really be a bit bigger. Maybe we should think again about a larger version than the 134 sqm house.

The attic is accessible. But an extension is not planned for now. Where else should the stairs go .... hmm.

The window in the stairwell is a small one, as is the one in the guest WC.

We actually consider the sink in the utility room to be quite useful. We also need to take a close look at the storage space again.
