Single-family house floor plan architectural design

22 sqm of auxiliary space - that's not necessary. It would be nice - everyone wishes for that much workshop space - but it also has to be paid for. Even in the kitchen, the first quarter is just a hallway to the freezer. Straighten things out a bit and turn the unnecessary usable space into living space. Give me three extra days, and I'll do it for you ;)

Not really, I thought (referring to the EG opening floor plan) to extend the building on the left side of the plan downwards, and to shorten the building on the right side of the plan downwards.

@@Wandering dune - but that would mean that the kitchen, dining area, and hallway become smaller, if I understand you correctly. I mean, clearly we have to get smaller somewhere, otherwise we will never meet the budget.

- Exactly, the issue with the ancillary space is also a thorn in my side. Especially in the area of the stairs / guest room. I think too much space is planned for nothing there. I would be more than grateful if you could take care of the matter. It only has to be rough so I can get some ideas. I'm already on the verge of changing the architect because I don't know what else to tell him. Normally, he should have the ideas, but after seeing this floor plan, I realized that he hardly contributed any ideas, except slapping in the pantry ;(
