I like open stairs. Well solved here, since the Chillounge can be somewhat hidden -> pay attention to the sofa position when furnishing! The door to the shower should be accessible from the main hallway, so you or guests don't always have to wade through a cloakroom area. Then you would also have the option to completely hide the cloakroom in a small room. You can also later partition off the vestibule, so you are not always seen from the door when walking there. I think the pantry works well here as a room divider [emoji4] Two walls there are also good for furnishing. Upstairs, of course, the bedroom is again a pass-through room -> not so nice!

I agree that they are overused. What still doesn’t seem fully planned to me is the patio roof. Overall, the patio covering is also almost dominantly designed.

Looking at the floor plans, I would say: a gable roof is also perfectly fine here. I would take it as the main roof; with the patio roof you can balance the design. What is the range of the neighboring roof slopes?

What honestly irritates me: "mediterranean touch" with "columns in front of the door" ...door not symmetrical to the front of the house... and then a corner window.

What do you understand by the term "mediterranean"?

And:
With what orientation is planned with 19 meters width? From where is the access?

The terrace roof was also planned for the gable roof. Neighbor roofs are all brutally steep. Nothing under 35° will be found there.

Mediterranean is meant to say that we want the columns at the house entrance, plus sash windows and a matching paint. It shouldn’t be a rustic Tuscan house, but rather have a slight Mediterranean touch (also influenced by the tiles).

Orientation quite clear: terrace and living-dining area to the south, bathroom, stairs, garage etc. to the north.
Driveway is on the east side via a paved country road; we already have permission for that from the district office and the municipality.

As I said: this is just our rough plan of the floor plan so far. We have not revised details and external view yet.

The tip about the central front door if you are planning with columns sounds sensible, otherwise it can quickly look awkward.

Yes, exactly: only the main roof as a gable roof, and the terrace roof around the corner accordingly slanted on both sides.

It’s already okay as it is and, in a way, quite central: the closed wall sections next to it are 285 and 290 cm wide, which is visually almost the same.

Oh, and I was already thinking of tuna and olives

Monk and nun or something similar on the roof can fit. But casement windows sound more like pretzels to the Mediterranean sauce seasoning mix for property developers (?)
