Do you also own the western property? Otherwise, a house will be built there with a 3 m setback. That would even close off the west.

I would position the house as far to the east as possible. In my opinion, there is still 0.75 m of space there.

The driveway is really not just inconvenient to handle. Do you live in such an unsafe area that a gate entrance is necessary?

Here’s a suggestion for the driveway.

CP can also be a garage.

Oh dear... letting them go downstairs in the night if necessary? I once had to use the guest toilet at neighbors, which is used by the child. That was not “nice”. I then thought it was better for me not to wash my hands, as the sink looked too used to me

Modern and cubist design. I like it. But I don’t see any Bauhaus. How big is the house? It feels like the budget is not enough. I know what Bauhaus costs... Stairlift or home lift is possible later. A “real” elevator is not.

Of course! What's the problem with that? Are kids really that spoiled nowadays? I've been doing it like that for 20 years and it never hurt me :P

So I think the basic idea is great! :-) I really like it. However, you actually need to take a look at the dimensions. There might also be very little space on the wall side in the bedroom. The kitchen was mentioned as well.

The dimensions are 6 meters from the garage wall to the property boundary and 7 meters from the gate to the edge of the lawn. The gate could also be omitted. It is not absolutely necessary for us.

The western property belongs to the seller of our property. She lives there and there is a large garden that we look onto. No house can be built there anymore.

Unfortunately, your solution is not an option for us because there is a busy main road to the south and we definitely cannot drive backwards onto it. It was planned specifically so that maneuvering is still possible. Unfortunately, the property is very narrow on the street side (just under 20 meters).
