The toilet on the ground floor will probably be tight. I don't understand why the bathroom upstairs with the "meager" 14 sqm is criticized. You very rarely see more than 12 sqm there.

Yes, typical again that people here ask about the purpose of 200sqm. My god... to each their own. We are 2.5 and are building 225+60 attic (attic floor area even >100). I would make it 350 too.. if I could :)

@TE you are doing it right. We would have liked a basement too.. unfortunately it got cut due to costs. 100k EUR was just too much..

200 sqm are not to be criticized, unfortunately the result is to be criticized.

I want to see the kitchen furnishing, the utility room planning makes it rather inconvenient.

Unfortunately, a site plan is also missing, e.g. the marked pool. But it reads more like you would come back into the house wet through the living room. Therefore, for me, the location of the house/pool, terrace should generally be reconsidered.

Bathroom .. 14 sqm ok, but position of shower/toilet ... no. Whether the bathroom has to be accessible from 2 sides is more a matter of taste. I only point out the issue of "teenagers and overnight guests." In the bedroom, I would be interested in the bed position, probably on the north wall .. That really creates a lot of unused space. A more optimal use of space on the upper floor would probably also allow installing a small second bathroom.

But, as said, the site plan is missing and I would reconsider the intentions for pool use.

He shows every day how many sqm he builds and also for what price :D I actually find the floor plan quite nice. However, storing clothes in the bedroom doesn't make sense, so the bedroom should be smaller - dressing room & bathroom bigger
