So now for understanding :) The room Child 1 is supposed to become the office.

Dear forum, I would like to ask for your opinion on the room heights once again. Are 246.60 cm clear room height on the ground floor and upper floor as well as 230.00 cm in the basement sufficient? Thank you very much for your feedback!

Hi,

you can't be serious, right? 230 cm is okay for a basement in my opinion, but anything under 250 cm is absolutely out of the question for the ground floor and upper floor.
246 cm will feel very, very oppressive given the living room size. I would rather go for 260 cm.

One more thing about the stairs: with 200 sqm, there must be space for a straight or landing staircase. Not such a winding thing...

Best regards,

Andreas

I also think that 246 cm, especially in the huge room on the upper floor, is far too low. It is likely to have a very disadvantageous effect. I would have it built at least half a brick higher.

2.46m is far too low, that only works for small rooms. For your large living space, it should be at least 2.60m, better even higher.
