Yes, I actually have to consider the meter issue separately because a lot was planned incorrectly there. You can get an idea of that in the post above the current one. Regarding your problem, you first need to separate the 2 apartments, which is done by an electrician, who then applies for the 2nd meter.

For the heat pump, you need a heat quantity meter at the transfer point to the granny flat for billing the heating and hot water.

It is an F1245-10 PC. I have not yet seen anywhere that you can set cooling by electricity. Heating rod is deactivated.
