The wardrobe situation in the bedroom is actually extremely poor. I wonder if the bed could possibly be rotated. Then direct access to the bedroom and another wardrobe on the wall. The small window would have to give way a bit. Then the wardrobe in the dressing room could be extended across the entire room width. At the back around the corner, I would extend it as well.

Great. I agree with all of Katja's statements. See above: entrance, dressing room. Distances to property boundaries. I also find the entrance situation too convoluted. I was already thinking about rotating the stairs 180 degrees and moving them into the WC/wardrobe corner.

I also rarely like facing bricks... because the bricks and houses all look the same and often cheap nowadays. This industrial style is awesome! It will surely look very good later. I would be happy if you fill the picture thread later.

We will really change the door upstairs now. You are probably right about the hallway, but with our version, you can almost go down to the guest bathroom almost undressed without being seen from the front door. Personally, I just don’t like unused space at the sides in the boundary development, plus in my opinion the house doesn’t look so bulky because of it, but tastes really vary there too.

Because of your ideas, we are also planning a transom window at the guest bathroom door and the wall in the dressing room.

Does anyone of you have experience with an open roof truss with sleeping levels for the children’s rooms?

And I would of course be super happy about great alternatives to clinker bricks.
