The wardrobe situation in the bedroom is actually extremely poor. I wonder if the bed could possibly be rotated. Then direct access to the bedroom and another wardrobe on the wall. The small window would have to give way a bit. Then the wardrobe in the dressing room could be extended across the entire room width. At the back around the corner, I would extend it as well.

Great. I agree with all of Katja's statements. See above: entrance, dressing room. Distances to property boundaries. I also find the entrance situation too convoluted. I was already thinking about rotating the stairs 180 degrees and moving them into the WC/wardrobe corner.
I also rarely like facing bricks... because the bricks and houses all look the same and often cheap nowadays. This industrial style is awesome! It will surely look very good later. I would be happy if you fill the picture thread later.
