It remains in the industrial style, but they will be plastic windows, in matte black. These are new colors that are now available, which looked better than aluminum cladding.
It will all turn out nicely, photos will be posted here again.

So far it has gone like this, so I am confident.

I don’t quite follow: what now, aluminum cladding or something else that “looked better”?

Classic window profiles look quite bulky to me because of the divisions. Have you already seen the new Gealan Kubus (I have seen them constantly here in the last few weeks, I turned off the ad blocker)?

There will be plastic windows from Rehau in ultra-matte black. I don't know Gealan, but they really look great. I hope it doesn't look too bulky. I'll talk to our window maker again. Thanks for the tip.

I would consider mixing the window profiles, i.e. executing elements with more divisions (in the sense of more adjacent frames) in slimmer profiles; even if this is more difficult in plastic than in aluminum.

What I like about Gealan is that they integrate the color as a coating instead of foiling. I have not yet dealt with Rehau in detail.

Basically, I am one of the biggest skeptics of plastic in very dark colors.

So after consulting with the window manufacturer, the brick stops will be a bit larger, so you won't get the Gealan profiles, but everything will already be a bit narrower.

The dark films will fit fine, I'm optimistic about that.

Thanks to you though for the tips

... but then that only affects the transition between frame and wall. My bigger "concern" is the joints and intersections of window fields, so to speak the "mullions" on a macro scale. When the profile widths of thick standard window frames add up there, that's a whole different ballgame compared to the steel frames in the loft look. They are not stolen
