Essentially, I have nothing to complain about yet, although that could change if the floor plans were not depicted quite so tiny.

The facade design is done with love, especially the engravings of the stone rows between the windows. I also find the combination of clear geometry and the "small grid pattern" created by the bricks very successful. It looks authentic for the period from which the style originates. The house suggests a well-educated architect.

I wanted to recommend this suggestion from Olli to you once again. It brings light and shorter paths. I would find that good.

I think 's suggestion for the bedroom is good .. I thought so too. And, like Wrobel, I would swap the entrance and guest bathroom on the ground floor. Then lay the utility room access from the kitchen into the hallway. This also allows more flexibility for the kitchen design. Otherwise, I really like it .. I like clinker bricks and I also think the house shape is great.
