Much, much better. I think 5 meters in front of a garage is law in every region, right? I would only swap the WC door with the wardrobe now, but it doesn't have to be. Both have advantages, but I would move the door to the all-purpose room a bit further upwards on the plan. Possibly add a partition wall (stub wall) between the stairs and living room, that guarantees a bit more privacy :) The original design did not appeal to me at all,

In the house, the multi-branch needs space but not outside. Ours isn't even located on an exterior wall.

We just sat down together again and looked at how to incorporate the advice and additionally place the main entrance facing south. It is probably a bit difficult to see, but I hope it works. In this scenario, the house would be located completely in the north (3m distance), the open-plan living area would face south, and the garage would be attached to the east side of the house as a boundary building. What do you think?

Overall, that definitely works!

Please furnish the living-dining room and the kitchen. Then you can see if the recess for the wardrobe works and whether the entrance to the open-plan room needs to be positioned that high up. It results in a rather long, narrow, and dark hallway. However, I don’t find the slanted walls in the bathroom and guest room attractive. But that could also be done differently.

Yes, the slanted walls in the bathroom and guest room were obviously a bad idea! Thanks for the hint!
I have now furnished it to scale with the furniture we have. Whether they will finally stand where they are now is of course uncertain. But everything would fit in (I would just simply claim).
We don’t have a proper plan for the kitchen yet. We would probably place it in a classic L-shape and then add a counter (just for sitting/working, no cooking island) as a visual separation between kitchen and dining/living. But as mentioned, there’s nothing concrete yet.
We would definitely prefer the solution to place the entrance to the south with this orientation. And whether that means the all-room loses 2-3 sqm shouldn’t bother us either.

Thanks a lot for your input anyway! We definitely need and really appreciate it!

An HTR with a width of 1.5m is far too narrow and overall too small. You might somehow manage to fit the equipment in, but you also need space to assemble everything and eventually repair it. What exactly does the abbreviation HA in the HTR mean?
