No, there are just many items in a single-family house and I have not listed them all in detail. All walls are standard finished as Q2 plaster.

I will not start copying and pasting the entire offers now.

A mixture of dimming actuators with leading-edge/trailing-edge dimming and LED controllers with power supply as REG.

Alright, please close and delete. I am always willing to discuss but this leads nowhere. I wonder how people in my circle of acquaintances set up their houses for similar amounts without it raining inside ¯\_( ツ )_/¯.

Allow a few more opinions. There are really people here in the forum who are well versed in the subject of house construction and also the costs. You write 50€/sqm tiles. Net or gross? We are currently calculating, for example, with 130€/sqm (net).

Sorry to say this, but the budget won't work like that. Of course, you don't like to hear that, but everyone here will tell you the same. 1500 per sqm is never going to happen, especially not with the equipment you're asking for with KNX, etc. Welcome to 2019. 2000€ per sqm is actually already the absolute bottom line.

As I said, I have no problem with other opinions and am also happy to be proven wrong. But I have no desire to have to defend what each position costs, especially when these are the usual prices in this area...

50€ net, the standard for most is 30€. 130€? What do you want to install? When my parents renovated 3 years ago, they ended up at 50€ gross and that was already something decent...

You wrote you don't know what is missing. Then you are told things that are mostly missing. No one said you should publish the offer item by item. It should only give you something to think about that everyone has said so far. The 2-meter line on the upper floor is missing in the floor plans. Draw your existing or desired furniture everywhere to scale. Consider traffic routes, open doors, someone sitting on the chair at the table. Look at floor plans. Neither a gabled roof nor 2 children's rooms are exotic. I would take an elongated building body and push it as far north as possible.

Something like this, for example? Living area facing south, downstairs instead of an extra door to the kitchen a shower for the bathroom. Upstairs 2 equally sized children's rooms on the left, pull out the third gable where the open office is and put the bathroom in. Bedroom and office on the right. Does that fit?
