Ah, I see. But judging by your name, you probably come from the Munich area, where everything is just ridiculously expensive anyway

I would actually be interested in some shell construction offers. It would help me just to compare a few unit prices. For example: producing 1 m² of masonry with Poroton in 36.5. Or with the concrete ceiling, etc.

Rating your offer without plans and quantities is relatively difficult. We ended up with a similar volume of 1,300 cbm at almost exactly 196,000 EURO gross, excluding earthworks and roof since [Flachdach]. However, we also had a very high proportion of concrete and reinforced concrete work. Masonry was done with the Unipor Coriso WS 07 36.5 cm.

Have to bump up the old thread again.

We received our price comparison today.

Building with Ytong, basement + 2 full floors on a hillside, approx. 1,115m³

The offers for the shell including [Bauustelleneinrichtung], earthworks, drainage sewer works, draining works, masonry, concrete/reinforced concrete works and waterproofing against water range between 200k and 230k with 3 offers.
Another 2 offers are still pending. What do you think of the price?

To respond to your question:
We pay for 880m³ (WU basement) with hollow bricks T8 and everything you also have + static calculations (€1900) + 65m L-blocks including compaction for carport + terrace (approx. €30k) + 3-sided chimney from Schiedel (€10k) + 6 cbm cistern (€2.5k) + basement shafts where the reveals are already plastered, of course without a gable roof = €160k gross

That is really an AMAZING price. Earthworks included as well? How does the shell builder still make any profit there? Unbelievable!
