Shell construction costs - Is the present offer reasonable?

That is really a MEGA price. Earthworks included as well? How does the structural shell builder still make any money? Unbelievable!

To pick up on your question: We pay for 880m³ (WU basement) with perforated brick T8 and everything you also have + static calculation (1900€) + 65m L-stones including compaction carport + terrace (approx. 30k€) + 3-sided chimney from Schiedel (10k€) + 6cbm cistern (2.5k€) + basement shafts where the reveals are already plastered, of course without gable roof = 160k€ gross

we are also planning to install a Schiedel Grande S in our construction project.
Did you pay 10k for the entire system? Meaning chimney system + Kingfire Grande S with all the bells and whistles?
I just have an offer from a building materials dealer for materials of the entire system (height 8.47m including Grande S) at over 12.8k€. And honestly, that seems a bit high to me...
