The houses are solidly built (36cm T7 mineral wool) and the plaster inside is already finished and partially with textured plaster, it already looks finished, and maintenance from the inside is not possible because fully insulated roller shutter boxes were used.
Whether solid or not, it doesn't matter. Plastering over to create a neat finish is normal.
And the fully insulated roller shutter box is also common. Whether it can be opened from the outside or inside (and then also whether it opens forward or downward) makes no difference. Today's roller shutter boxes are ALL fully insulated. Inside, it is common to make them open downward so that the front can be flush with the wall and plastered.
Just post the photos from the inside.
This is a possible setup from the outside - as in your picture
And this is how it can look inside. This is an insulated roller shutter box with an inspection opening inside opening downward. You cannot see it from the front at all.:
P.S. A sensible answer to your initial question would have been: The installation of windows with roller shutters does not matter concerning the position. For that, you pay a few extra euros in new buildings and take windows with integrated insect protection. High-quality, durable, and without DIY hassle.
