Semi-detached house renovation (built in 1999) cost estimate

According to the seller, gas is available in the street. The exact location is not known. Where can one find out such information? Connecting gas to the house can be very expensive here, right?? Would pellets be an alternative?

What financial effort can be estimated here (equipment: normal/standard)? Or what should the property cost so that the renovation of this scope is financially worthwhile?

It reads as if you want to deduct the renovation work/costs from the sale price?!

My vote regarding the heating: remove the radiators upstairs and have underfloor heating installed. Operate the oil heating system from the year [los lang] for as long as possible. It is paid off. In the end, you don’t save money with a model from that year. With the underfloor heating upstairs (I had an offer for 8000€/140sqm), you are prepared for everything that comes in the future. You use the heating now until it is defective. You only have one flow temperature, which allows you to perfectly adjust the heating afterwards! Consider whether to include wall heating during a bathroom renovation. The rest is renovation, not refurbishment.
