Ah yes, aha. In #23 the property also seems on the one hand suitable for three semi-detached houses and on the other hand at the top right of the plan already built with three garages assigned house numbers (???)

Yes, it is building land; there was a multi-family house that was demolished. The advance building inquiry from the seller for a single-family house had a positive result. Before the purchase, I commissioned a soil survey. Result: no signs of contamination, the basement was removed and filled with compactable material. Recommendation for foundation: remove backfill material up to 2m depth and reapply and compact it in layers, fill and compact the upper 60cm with 0/45 RCL.

Yes, but out of the terraced houses it should now be one or three - where does the restriction to 15 m width come from on the large plot?

I want to stay at 140-150 sqm living space so that it remains affordable for "normal tenants." 3. Parking spaces will be in front of the house or on the side (distance between houses 6m) 4. Yes, triplets mirrored floor plan 5. As long as it doesn't affect the static structure, yes. 6. Practically everything, mixed-use area, built according to §34 (plans 2 full floors) 7. Most likely it will be a brine heat pump because I have a drilling company that offers good prices, and after 600 drilling meters they accommodate me. Additionally, BAFA funding will be used.
