Semi-detached house for approximately €350,000 budget

Could you please post the offer price? We also want to build near Munich and are planning a similar setup to yours (10x10m footprint, 160m² living space, bay window, basement, ground floor, upper floor, many floor-to-ceiling windows, double garage, large bathroom, underfloor heating, controlled indoor ventilation, outdoor stairs to the basement, etc.), but the offers we have exceed your budget by more than 10%... And ours as well :rolleyes:

Our offer including all extras is also approximately 10% above the planned 350,000,-

Then add another 10% to that, that's the amount by which a construction project always becomes more expensive than initially thought :)

Even in Munich, you can easily get a semi-detached house with the tech gadgets and a [Weiße Wanne] for 350k. We paid a little over 250k for 6.5 x 10.30 (just for the house). Of course, we don’t have a [BUS-System], but bay windows, [Homeway], and so on are included with us.
