Semi-detached house floor plan check

It is a semi-detached house with 145 sqm... and the bay window is included in the price for this house type.. an open kitchen was important to us... We are currently just the two of us.. if there are any more questions... just ASK

Then continue here ;) The door to the utility room needs to be moved so that a cupboard can be placed behind it... the door to the kitchen as well, so that a cupboard can be placed in the hallway.

Put away the pantry. The guest room is large, will it still be used differently?

A north arrow is missing to be able to evaluate the rooms on the upper floor.

The door unfortunately cannot be moved... there simply is no space... and the one in the kitchen neither... because a cupboard will go there... and the hallway is deliberately so small because I think large hallways waste space... since it isn’t that big anyway... the stairs are free... no plans for underneath...

As the floor plan is oriented.. north is at the bottom.. is that enough?!
