There are only two of us, yet there is a need for a large wardrobe (under a closed staircase is a good place), and opposite the entrance door. We have our 3-meter wardrobe in the guest room on the ground floor, which is full of seasonal clothing, files, and decoration/crafting supplies. But the wardrobe is still full. I would also, as Mr. 11ant suggests, make the utility room bigger, eliminate the pantry, and instead of the pantry, plan the WC! Tip: arrange your furniture – now you can still instruct the BU to make changes! Provide niches that can accommodate cupboards (behind doors, niches). Consider all points regarding children and their items: stroller, cart, sports bag, and hobby equipment that cannot be stored in the carport. You definitely need storage space!
