From my experience, I can confirm the depreciation and advise to advertise much earlier. 1 month is far too short; in our case, after 6 weeks on ebay KA, 1 interested buyer was found who fortunately then also purchased it. But significantly below the price determined according to the relevant formulas from the internet...

Selling a used kitchen is actually nonsense, especially from Ikea. Appliances could also be integrated into a new kitchen. Or were they rubbish from the start after 3 years? Cabinets go into storage rooms, garages, basements, or similar. Or there is a niece, nephew, poor relative, where you give them and who will be happy.

Depends on the kitchen. We just sold our 8-year-old Ikea kitchen for 25% of the original price. With the desired dismantling date and deposit. It was not a standard "white/birch country house style front with Resopal 0815 pattern". It was basically advertised everywhere and finally sold through eBay Kleinanzeigen.

I would also rather use the cabinets for the utility room/pantry and sell the appliances separately. However, if the warranty has already expired here, you won’t get much for them either.

Advertising on ebay KA is an option, but I still find local print media more effective. We have a small market here where you can also advertise with a picture. Don’t know how it is with you.

Then I will stand up for e-bay Kleinanzeigen. I buy and sell a lot through this portal. I also bought our kitchen via [ebay Kleinanzeigen]. We looked at it, negotiated, agreed, and picked it up 4 weeks later and dismantled it ourselves. A great kitchen for €2,300. About 6 years old. The original price was €16,000 including installation.

If you download the app to your phone, everything can be arranged wonderfully with potential buyers from anywhere.

I have mostly had only good experiences with this portal.

For people who buy mega expensive mansions and everything new, it may not be the right thing. But otherwise, I can only recommend it!

And forget print media. You won’t get such reach anywhere else as on [e-bay kleinanzeigen], and maybe now also [facebook flohmärkte] or [marketplace].

However, I would also say, post it much earlier. You can write when it can be dismantled and picked up. Such a sale can definitely take some time.

Good luck with the sale!
