Selecting property overwhelms us

Hello dear experts! We are allowed to apply for 3 plots of land, then the lottery procedure begins. Unfortunately, we are totally overwhelmed and have to submit our wishes in two weeks. To the west and north of the building area are very busy roads, so these plots are not an option despite planned noise protection walls. We fear that the traffic noise will still be too loud there. All plots to the south would be great but unfortunately exceed our budget quite a bit. We don’t want to live by the playground because we currently live next to one and it is quite annoying. We would be so, so grateful if you could help us. -We would like to build a two-story single-family house with about 180 sqm. -Like probably everyone, we wish to feel quite "alone" despite the large settlement and not have 1000 people looking into our garden and house. -We would like the living/dining/kitchen area to have a large glass front to the garden and would also like to ‘live’ there with a good feeling, without feeling observed -> the same applies to the garden -Is it smarter to choose a plot that has the south behind the house or in front of the house? -We could imagine surrounding the plot similarly with a fence and taller growing trees, would that be allowed if the garden was in front of the house? (Picture local building regulations points 6+7) —Which would be your 3 favorites? Plot size up to about 700 sqm would be feasible, smaller would also be good if it has a good position and allows privacy. -Oh man, this is such an important decision.. Many thanks for your help! Wow...how fast! Thank you! Unfortunately, I cannot upload the entire plan and have now taken screenshots. I hope they are okay and readable. Up to 740 sqm would be manageable within the budget, but anything smaller and still great would be very helpful for us :) East of No. 66 is the playground. Thank you :)

That already borders on paranoia: if you are in the public interest, then I wouldn't recommend a large new development area, but rather 3000 sqm in a wooded area.
Or: if you forgo your avenue trees and instead plant a nice opaque hedge in the back garden, few can look into your garden.
Otherwise, it is probably like everywhere else, that everyone is more occupied with themselves than with their neighbors.

It's probably true that people are mostly concerned with themselves, that's correct. Only when you have the agony of choice do you probably play through too many scenarios—the avenue trees today were also just a first spontaneous idea of how one could feel a bit more private.
