Yes, they are relatively easy to clean. So my wife is satisfied with the tiles
Oh, the price was 29.20 euros / m² and the format 60x60cm.

The tiles do indeed look stylish...

But another question, we have a similar island, but without a bar counter. Simply for the reason that we have also fitted the bar side with cabinets. With a bar counter on top, I imagine it would be somewhat inconvenient if I have to get something from the cabinet underneath.

That actually works quite well. We have deliberately stored things there that we do not need when someone is sitting there. For example, cake stands, serving platters, thermal flasks, etc. are stored there. We are happy with the storage space and also with the island width.

We also have a counter at the island. We had a raised bench made in front of it by the carpenter because we couldn’t get along with bar stools. This is used daily, especially for breakfast in the morning.
