Whereas the definition of living room is apparently disputed. A sauna is intended to be deliberately stayed in (unlike, for example, a garage which one enters by definition to get into the car), on the other hand a sauna is rather not suitable for longer stays, especially when I do a sauna infusion ;) From everything I found in my research, the sauna is in a borderline area because of the living room and is a gray area that has not yet been legally clarified. It does not contain living rooms or fireplaces (Definition of fireplace: structural and fixed – made of building materials or components – installations in which heat is generated by burning solid, liquid, or gaseous substances.).
